SH1820 Mansfield University is soliciting bids for removal of existing domestic hot water tank from Pinecrest Dormitory. Prior to removal, the contractor will be responsible for the removal of all asbestos associated with the replacement of the tank. All EPA and DEP regulations will be adhered to. The existing domestic hot water tank is to be replaced by a new unit having a design pressure of no less than 150 psi and must carry a ASME rating plate. The contractor will also be responsible for installing all new recirculating pumps.
