Appeal of Leonard Gottfried; Order to Show Cause; Doc. No. SC98-06-009

   A prehearing/settlement conference shall occur on August 25, 1998 at 1 p.m. in Room 200, Administrative Hearing Office, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. The hearing will be held in accordance with the requirements of 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); 31 Pa. Code §§ 56.1--56.3 (relating to Special Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) and other relevant procedural provisions of law. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the August 25, 1998 prehearing/settlement conference.

   Motions preliminary to those at hearing, if any, must be filed with the Docket Clerk, PA Insurance Department, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 N. 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102 on or before August 11, 1998.

   Persons with a disability who wish to attend the above-referenced administrative hearing and require an auxiliary aid service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing, should contact Tracey Pontius, Agency Coordinator at (717) 787-4298.
