Notice of Transfer of Attorney to Inactive Status
[28 Pa.B. 3752] Notice is hereby given that Terry Jackson Kolp, having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated July 22, 1998, transferring Terry Jackson Kolp to Inactive Status pursuant to Rule 301(c), which deals with disabled and incapacitated attorneys and is the comparable discipline in this Commonwealth. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
