Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company for approval of (1) the acquisition, by purchase, of certain water supply system assets of Brandywine Operating Partnership, L. P., and (2) the right of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in an additional portion of Cumru Township, Berks County, PA.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 14, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
