[28 Pa.B. 4765] The Legislative Reference Bureau accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board
Resolution #CB-98-196, Dated August 3, 1998. An action of this Board #CB-97-149, Dated June 23, 1997, approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of agreement with the Pennsylvania Nurses Association which covers the Nursing and Supportive Medical Services First Level Supervisory Unit (P5) effective July 1, 1997 through June 30, 2000; further action of this Board, CB-97-183, Dated July 14, 1997, approved the letter of intent which notified the Pennsylvania Nurses Association that the Commonwealth would not implement Recommendation 16, Salaries and Wages, Section 15, of the Memorandum of Understanding; and effective beginning the first full pay period in July 1998, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has decided to implement this provision of Recommendation 16, Salaries and Wages, Section 15, of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Resolution #CB-98-205, Dated August 18, 1998. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employes, AFL-CIO, concerning inclusion of Game Conservation Officer Managers 1 and Wildlife Conservation Officer Managers 2 in the Pennsylvania Game Commission Act 111 Unit. This agreement encompasses approximately nine employes in the bargaining unit certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, PF-R-92-122-E.
Resolution #CB-98-208, Dated August 18, 1998, a letter of agreement has been signed between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Social Services Union to amend the Article and Recommendation of the Military Leave specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding, in #CB-96-227, dated August 29, 1996 and #CB-96-285 dated October 23, 1996.
Resolution #CB-98-218, Dated August 28, 1998, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the District 1199P, Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC; the agreement encompasses approximately 1,900 professional employes in the District 1199P, Service Employees International Union, certified by Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board on October 23, 1997, referred to as PERA-R-97-233-E.
