Additional Extension of Public Comment Period
[28 Pa.B. 6084] On August 1, 1998, the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) published a notice of proposed rulemaking (Regulation No. 48A-82) in the Pennsylvania Bulletin at 28 Pa.B. 3591, seeking public comments, objections or suggestions about proposed changes to its threatened and endangered species regulations. The Commission twice has extended the public comment period.
The Commission is again extending the public comment period. The Commission extends the public comment period to March 15, 1999. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments, objections or suggestions about the proposed amendments to the Executive Director, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, P. O. Box 67000, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7000, on or before March 15, 1999. Comments submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. Comments also may be submitted electronically at ''regulations@fish.state.pa.us.'' A subject heading of the proposal and a return name and address must be included in each transmission. If an acknowledgment of electronic comments is not received by the sender within 2 working days, the comments should be retransmitted to ensure receipt.
