Rate Filing; Coal Mine Compensation Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania; Workers' Compensation Loss Cost Filing
[28 Pa.B. 1188] On February 13, 1998, the Insurance Department received from the Coal Mine Compensation Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania a correction to their January 14, 1998 filing. The Bureau's correction in the calculation of the Experience Rating Off-Balance factor amends their requested overall 5.8% decrease which included loss based assessments to an overall 7.4% decrease.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
