Application of Pike County Light & Power Company (1) Requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience evidencing approval under section 1102(a)(3) of the Public Utility Code of the sale of certain designated generating and related assets by Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. to affiliates of Southern Energy, Inc.; (2) Requesting approval under sections 508 and 2811(c) of the Public Utility Code of contracts related to sale; and (3) Requesting findings under section 32 of the Public Utility Holding Company Act.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 10, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
