To place fill in 0.20 acre of wetlands on Lot 4 for construction of a light industrial facility and associated parking areas (Tobyhanna, PA Quadrangle N: 0.20 inch; W: 1.75 inches) and in 0.38 acre of wetlands on Lot 24 for construction of a warehouse/distribution facility and associated parking areas (Tobyhanna, PA Quadrangle N: 1.00 inch; W: 0.75 inch).
