Notice of Public Sessions for Tobacco Settlement

   Secretary Thomas Paese, Office of Administration, announces that there will be public input sessions the week of July 26, 1999 for the purpose of providing comments and suggestions on how the Commonwealth should consider using its allocation from the National Tobacco Settlement.

   Interested parties are asked to limit their comments to 5 minutes and to provide written copy of their comments at the hearing they attend.

   To schedule a time at the sessions contact Karen Mitchell at (717) 787-1954. Persons with a disability should also indicate if they need assistance or special accommodations to participate at the sessions.
