DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Finding
[29 Pa.B. 3965]
Clearfield County Pursuant to the provisions of 71 P. S. Section 2002(b), the Secretary of Transportation makes the following written finding:
The Department of Transportation plans to make improvements to portions of State Road 219 Section A03 and N06 in Sandy Township, Clearfield County. The improvements consist of replacing the existing two lane multi-span concrete and steel bridge with a new three lane single span bridge, widening approximately 1.2 km (0.75 mile) of State Route 219, and updating traffic signals and intersections to accommodate a center left turn lane.
The proposed project will have No Adverse Effect on the Wilson School property, which has been determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. There is no feasible and prudent alternative to the usage of the historic resource.
No adverse environmental effect is likely to result from the reconstruction of these sections of highway.
BRADLEY L. MALLORY,
Secretary
