Corrective Amendment to 25 Pa. Code § 93.9z (Drainage List Z)
[29 Pa.B. 4350] The Department of Environmental Protection has discovered a discrepancy between the agency text of 25 Pa. Code § 93.9z (relating to Drainage List Z), as deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau and published at 27 Pa.B. 5247, 5252 (October 11, 1997) and the official text as published in the Pennsylvania Code Reporter (Master Transmittal Sheet No. 277 (December 1997)), and as currently exists in the Pennsylvania Code. The amendment to § 93.9z made by the Department at 27 Pa.B. 5247, 5252 was codified incorrectly.
Therefore, under 45 Pa.C.S. § 901: The Department of Environmental Protection has deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau a corrective amendment to 25 Pa. Code § 93.9z (Drainage List Z). The corrective amendment to 25 Pa. Code § 93.9z (Drainage List Z) is effective as of October 11, 1997, the date the defective text appeared in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The correct version of 25 Pa. Code § 93.9z (Drainage List Z) appears in Annex A, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the regulation.
