[29 Pa.B. 4608] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to exceptions), the Department of Health (Department), gives notice that the following long-term care facilities have requested exceptions to specific requirements of the regulations for long-term care facilities, 28 Pa. Code § 201.1 et seq.

Comments received by the Department within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
