   A-230240F0008.  Little Washington Wastewater Company. Application of Little Washington Wastewater Company for approval of (1) the acquisition of the wastewater system assets of the Chesterdale Waste Treatment Co., Inc. and (2) the right of LWWC to furnish wastewater service to the public in portions of Willistown and Westtown Townships, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 27, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
