   A-212370F0055.  Philadelphia Suburban Water Company. Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company for approval of (1) the acquisition, by purchase, of the water supply system assets of Bensalem Township and (2) the right of PSW to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 27, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
