Order Promulgating Rule of Civil Procedure 400.1*(c) Regarding Service of Process; No. 99-30,000

Order of Court And Now, this 27th day of August, 1999, Bucks County Rule of Civil Procedure 400.1*(c) is hereby promulgated as follows:
Rule 400.1*(c) Original process shall be served within the Commonwealth:
(1) by the sheriff or a competent adult in the actions in equity, partition, prevent waste, and declaratory judgment when declaratory relief is the only relief sought, and
(2) by the sheriff in all other actions.
