   A-230078. Bedminster Sewer Company, Inc. Application of Bedminster Sewer Company, Inc. for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply sanitary sewer service to the public in the Pennland Farms Residential Developments, Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 8, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
