Temporary Changes to Fishing Regulations at Leaser Lake, Lehigh County
[29 Pa.B. 5560] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.25 (relating to temporary changes to fishing regulations), is taking immediate action temporarily modify fishing regulations at Leaser Lake in Lehigh County. Specifically, the Executive Director is designating Leaser Lake as a ''Panfish Enhancement Special Regulation'' water to be regulated and managed under 58 Pa. Code § 65.11. This designation applies to sunfish, yellow perch and crappie at Leaser Lake, effective immediately. The Executive Director of the Commission finds that designating Leaser Lake as a ''Panfish Enhancement Special Regulation'' water and applying the regulation to these species is necessary and appropriate for the protec-tion, preservation and management of fish and fish habitat and to conserve and preserve fishing opportunities.
