   A-123100F0027.  UGI Utilities, Inc.  Application of UGI Utilities, Inc. for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas utility service to the public in additional territory of East Earl Township, Lancaster County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 20, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
