   The Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board's Regulation, Legislation and Technical Committee will have a meeting on Thursday, January 6, 2000, at 9 a.m. in the Delaware Conference Room, 16th Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, Harrisburg.
