   A-310754F0002. GTE North Incorporated and Omniplex Communications Group, LLC. Joint Application for approval of a Resale Agreement between GTE North Incorporated and Omniplex Communications Group, LLC.

   GTE North Incorporated and Omniplex Communications Group, LLC, by its counsel, filed on December 29, 1998, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), a Joint Application for approval of a Resale Agreement under sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

   Interested parties may file comments concerning the application and agreement with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265. Comments are due on or before 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the GTE North Incorporated and Omniplex Communications Group, LLC Joint Application are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
