Application of Adelphia Business Solu-tions Operations, Inc., for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply telecommunications services as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier in the service territories of Commonwealth Telephone Company, Denver and Ephrata Telephone and Telegraph Company, Frontier Communications of Pennsylvania, Inc., Frontier Communications of Breezewood, Inc., Frontier Communications of Canton, Inc., Frontier Communications of Lakewood, Inc., Frontier Communications of Oswayo River, Inc. and North Pittsburgh Telephone Company.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O.
