LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Cumberland County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #2108, 443 North Enola Road, Enola, PA 17025-2128.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2001

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within East Pennsboro Township, between Valley Road to the North, U. S. Routes 11 and 15 to the East, the Conodoguinet Creek to the south and the Hampden Township line to the west.

Proposals due:  April 28, 2000 at noon
