Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes
[30 Pa.B. 276] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 97--White Oak Borough, Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 5.655+ Acres or 246,338+ SF of land situated along the northwesterly side of Long Run Road (S. R. 0048) in the Borough of White Oak, Pennsylvania. The property will be sold in ''as is condition.'' The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $142,350.00. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future Transportation purposes.
Interest public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calender days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Pennsylvania Department ofTransportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017.
