LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE BUREAU

   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted duringthe preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-99-314, Dated December 9, 1999. Authorizes three side letters of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association to provide annual one-time cash payments for employes at or above the maximum step of their pay ranges; expand the use of family sick leave for a serious medical condition of an employe's immediate family; and designate Monday, January 3, 2000, as the New Year's Day holiday for employes on a normal Monday through Friday work week.
