   A-230240F0010.  Little Washington Wastewater Company. Application of Little Washington Wastewater Company for approval of (1) the transfer, by sale, of the wastewater system assets of the Borough of Media to Little Washington Wastewater Company (2) the right of Little Washington Wastewater Company to furnish wastewater service to the public in the current service area of the Borough of Media, Delaware County, PA, and (3) the provision of wastewater service to Upper Providence Township Sewer Authority and to Elwyn Inc. (via assignment from Middletown Township Sewer Authority) under filed agreements.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 7, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
