   A-230240F0011. Little Washington Wastewater Company. Application of Little Washington Wastewater Company for approval of (1) the transfer, by sale, of the wastewater system assets of Plumsock Homeowner's Association, Inc. to Little Washington Wastewater Company and (2) the right of Little Washington Wastewater Company to furnish wastewater service to the public in a portion of Willistown Township, Chester County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 7, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
