   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Lebanon County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe # 3801, 831 Bowman Street, Lebanon, PA 17046-8432.

Lease Expiration Date: September 30, 2001

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,660 to 4,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the City of Lebanon, between Fifth and Eleventh Avenues.
