The backfilling of the trench in which the pipeline will be laid and shall be done so as to eliminate the formation of a permanent ridge in the stream bed. Prior to crossing Hyner Run, the permittee shall acquire, from the Department, final design approval for the fish enhancement structures. This permit also includes 401 Water Quality Certification.
