Availability of the FY 2001 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program State Plan
[30 Pa.B. 5338] The Department of Public Welfare (Department) is making available to the public The 2001 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program State Plan. This document describes how the Department plans to use block grant funds provided under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act, Title XXVI of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 (Pub. L. No. 97-35) (42 U.S.C.A. § 8621 et seq.), as amended, during the 2000-01 program year.
Copies of the State Plan are available for all interested individuals and groups at County Assistance Offices, or upon written request to Nancy Poindexter, Director, Division of Federal Programs and Program Management, DPW Building Complex #2, Room 224 Willow Oak Building #42, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
