DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Finding
Indiana County
[30 Pa.B. 5338] Pursuant to the provisions of 71 P. S. Section 2002(b), the Secretary of Transportation makes the following written finding:
The Department of Transportation plans to replace the existing bridge carrying S.R. 3035, Section 450, over Yellow Creek in the Borough of Homer City, Indiana County. The project involves the use of 0.16 hectare (0.39 acre) of the publicly owned Homer City Floodway Park, located in the Borough of Homer City, Indiana County.
I have considered the environmental, economic, social, and other aspects of the proposed project as enumerated in Section 2002 of the Administrative Code, and have concluded that there is no feasible and prudent alternative to the project as designed, and all reasonable steps have been taken to minimize such use.
No adverse environmental effect is likely to result from the reconstruction of this section of highway.
BRADLEY L. MALLORY,
Secretary
