PHILADELPHIA REGIONAL PORT AUTHORITY

Invitation for Bids

   The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept sealed bids for Proj. # 0026.4 (Replacement of Refrigeration Controls--Tioga Marine Terminal--Shed # 1) until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2000. Bids shall be delivered to 3460 N. Delaware Ave., 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134.

   The bid documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, 210 W. Washington Sq., 13th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106, (215) 928-9100 and will be available October 17, 2000. The cost of the bid document is $35 (includes 7% PA Sales Tax). The cost is non- refundable. PRPA is an equal opportunity employer. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.

   Mandatory prebid meeting will be held October 24, 2000, at 10 a.m. at The Tioga Marine Terminal, Tioga and Delaware Aves., Philadelphia, PA 19134. The PRPA will consider only those bids received from parties who attended the prebid meeting.
