   Pursuant to the Directive issued by the Administrative Governing Board on September 5, 2000, Dominic J. Rossi, Esquire, Deputy Court Administrator for Legal Services, is designated as agent to accept service of process in connection with litigation commenced against the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania (the Court of Common Pleas, Municipal Court, and Traffic Court and related offices), any of its Judges, courts, divisions or employees, as well as subpoenas issued directed to the First Judicial District, or its employees, to produce documents or provide testimony.

   Service of any and all process and subpoenas directed to the First Judicial District, any of its Courts, Divisions and Employees must be mailed or hand-delivered to:
