   A-310738 F0004. Telephone and Data Systems. Application of D&E Telephone and Data Systems for approval of the Transfer of Two of its Properties to the Affiliated Entity of Denver and Ephrata Telephone and Telegraph Company.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 6, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
