Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Montgomery County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #4636, 1 Station Circle, Narbeth, PA 19072.

Lease Expiration Date: January 31, 2002

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 7,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located within the Borough of Narberth.

Proposals due: December 15, 2000 at 12 noon
