   A-00117402. Department of Transportation. Application of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for approval of: (a) the alteration of the crossing (AAR 501 638 H) by the removal and replacement of the bridge where Holme Avenue (S.R. 1016) crosses above grade the tracks of Conrail Shared Assets and (b) an exemption from the provision of Subchapter C of the 52 Pa. Code contained in 33.121, located in the City of Philadelphia and the allocation of costs incident thereto.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
