   A-230056F0003. CMV Sewage Company, Inc. Application of CMV Sewage Company, Inc., for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply sewage service to the public in a portion of North Codorus Township, York County, PA.

   Notice is hereby given that this application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before April 2, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
