Invitation for Bids

   The Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education invites the submission of bids from firms that wish to provide management of its Medicaid Reimbursement Program, commonly known as ACCESS.

   This program assists School Districts, Intermediate Units, Approved Private Schools and Charter Schools (Local Education Agencies) to receive Federal reimbursement for medically related services provided to students with disabilities.
