Highmark Inc. d/b/a Pennsylvania Blue Shield; Modification to Experience Rated Medical/Surgical Rating Formula for Participation; Filing No. 200103

   Highmark Inc. d/b/a Pennsylvania Blue Shield submitted a filing to modify the Experience Rated Medical/Surgical rating formula to account for risk associated with low participation, when groups have less than 75% participation in Blue Shield programs.

   Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's office in Harrisburg.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Bharat Patel, Actuary, Insurance Department, Accident and Health Bureau, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of publication.
