   A-230086.  Nantmeal Warick Filter Company, Inc. Application of Nantmeal Warwick Filter Company, Inc., for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services to the public in portions of Elverson Borough, West Nantmeal Township, East Nantmeal Township and Warwick Township, Chester County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 7, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
