The Department has taken action on the following plans and reports under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (35 P. S. §§ 6026.101--6026.908).
Provisions of 25 Pa. Code § 250.8, Administration of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (act) requires the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) to publish in the Pennsylvania Bulletin a notice of its final actions on plans and reports.
