Application of MJD Ventures, Inc., Marianna and Scenery Hill Telephone Company and Marianna Tel, Inc., for approval of the purchase of stock of Marianna and Scenery Hill Telephone Company by MJD Ventures, Inc., and for the transfer of ownership of Marianna Tel, Inc. to MJD Ventures, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before June 25, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (realting to public utlities).
