Constitution Life Insurance Company; Requesting Authority to Increase Rates for Individual Standardized Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, C and D Policy Form Nos. CMS-97 A, CMS-97 B, CMS-97 C and CMS-97 D
[31 Pa.B. 3372] Constitution Life Insurance Company has filed for approval increased rates for its individual Medicare supplement plans as previously listed. The filing requests an increase of 36.0%. The rate increase will impact about 5,606 policyholders, and produce additional annual Commonwealth premium income of approximately $2.06 million. The requested effective date of the increase is November 6, 2001.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael Gurgiolo, Actuary, Insurance Department, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, Bureau of Accident and Health Insurance, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
