   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:

Montgomery County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe # 4618, 504 W. Marshall Street, Norristown, PA 19401-4641.

Lease Expiration Date: March 31, 2002

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in Norristown within a 1/2 mile radius of the intersection of Main Street and DeKalb Street.
