   A-210099.  Aldick Associates, Inc., d/b/a Swatara Village. Application of Aldick Associates, Inc., d/b/a Swatara Village, for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in that part of Pine Grove Township, Schuylkill County, comprised of the community of Swatara Village and adjacent properties in the eastern quadrants of the intersection of I81 and PA 443.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 16, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Aldick Associates, Inc. d/b/a Swatara Village.
