The approval for coverage under these general NPDES permits is subject to applicable effluent limitations. The Department of Environmental Protection approves the following coverage under the specific General Permit.

   The EPA Region III Administrator has waived the right to review or object to this permit action under the waiver provision 40 CFR 123.23(d).
