To construct, operate and maintain a single span wooden footbridge across Slab Cabin Run (High Quality-Cold Water Fishery) to provide pedestrian access in a public recreation area. The single span footbridge shall be constructed with a minimum span of 24-feet, underclearance of 5.7-feet and width of 3.8-feet. The footbridge construction will not impact wetlands while impacting a maximum of 5.0-feet of water that is located along southern right-of-way of SR 0322 approximately 200-feet east of SR 0026 and SR 0322 intersection.

This project includes construction of 2.6 miles of a new four-lane, divided, limited access highway west of State College in Centre County, PA (S.R. 6220). Section A11 is located in Worth Township. This project proposes to construct and maintain six permanent stormwater ponds. Two temporary stream crossings will be constructed. Temporary stream crossing #1 will cross Oliver Run and consist of six 48" pipes. Temporary stream crossing #2 crosses Oliver Run and consists of five 36" pipes. Structures 215 and 216 consist of two new parallel bridges for the proposed crossing of North Bald Eagle for the Southbound and Northbound lanes of S.R. 6220 at Sta. 650+00. Structure 213 consists of an 8' x 8' box culvert. This box culvert with a length of 720` will convey Zendt Hollow Run at Sta. 633+00 under the proposed roadway. Structure 218 consists of twin 14-foot (span) by 6-foot (rise) precast concrete box culverts, which will convey Oliver Run under Laurel Run Road at Sta. 28+00. Structures 219 and 220 consist of two new parallel bridges for the proposed crossing of Oliver Run by the Eastbound (Structure 220) and Westbound (Structure 219) lanes of S.R. 0322 at Sta. 67+90. Culvert 2 which is a 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) will be constructed at Sta. 83+50 to carry S.R. 0322 over an UNT to Oliver Run. A channel relocation of Oliver Run will consist of 2 relocation changes: channel change #1 at Sta. 10+00 to 15+25 at 238`, channel change #2 at Sta. 15+25 to 17+69.14 Oliver #1 is 767` in length and Oliver Run #2 is 338` in length. A total of 2.30 acres of Palustrine wetlands is proposed to be impacted, as well as a total of 4,903 linear feet of stream channel will be impacted due to this construction section and in the Riverine wetland category there are 2,828 linear feet (1.89 acres) proposed to be impacted. In addition, there are three stream channels (UNTs to Oliver Run) that will be culverted and one stream channel (UNT to Zendt Run) bridged.

This project includes the construction of a new four-lane, divided, limited access highway west of State College in Centre County, PA S.R. 6220 Construction Section A12. This project proposes to construct and maintain: three permanent stormwater management ponds, construct two permanent culverts and relocate 95 feet of stream channel within Waddle Creek; Culvert #1 will convey flow from a tributary of Buffalo Run under a proposed relocated section of S.R. 3042 at Station 143+14. Culvert #1 is proposed to be a 54-inch RCP that is 312 feet in length. The second culvert is Structure 317, which is proposed to be located under S.R. 6220 at Station # 919+43.67. Structure 317 is a 15` x 7` reinforced box culvert, 516 feet in length; The relocated section of Waddle Creek is at Station 958+25 Rt. (off of mainline) and it is proposed to be 95 feet in total length; A temporary stream crossing is proposed for the tributary of Buffalo Run, in the location of Culvert #1. This temporary stream crossing is proposed to be at Station 142+60 left off of S.R. 3042. The temporary stream crossing is proposed to be 50 feet in length and comprised of one 36" culvert. The temporary stream crossing will be removed and the area restored to the original conditions when the use of the temporary stream crossing is complete; there is a total of 1,080 feet of stream impact associated with the construction of this proposed project. A total of 0.200 acre of wetlands will be impacted. There is a small open water pond that is identified as wetland, WRP-004, at Sta. 905 Lt. This impoundment is 0.069 acre in size and a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission drawdown permit has been applied for.

SR 0219, Section A03, Bridge Replacement, in Sandy Township and the City of DuBois, Clearfield County, ACOE Pittsburgh River Basin District (DuBois, PA Quadrangle N: 20.2 inches; W: 2.7 inches).
To remove two existing structures; realign the stream channel; construct, operate and maintain a single cell precast concrete box culvert for the construction of a three span steel bridge to carry SR 0219, Section A09, across Pentz Run to improve public highway safety. The realignment and reconfiguration of Pentz Run shall be limited to 820-feet. The realignment and reconfiguration work shall include protective rock linings, vegetative stabilization and rock deflectors. The concrete box culvert shall be constructed with a minimum span of 24-feet, rise of 5.9-feet, stream channel depression of 0.5-feet and a skew of 55-degrees. The project not permanently impact wetlands while impacting 820-feet of Pentz Run and 20-feet of an unnamed tributary to Pentz Run. This permit also authorizes temporary stream and riparian corridor impacts for the construction, operation, maintenance and removal of temporary road crossings and stream diversions to accommodate construction activities.
