   C-00003725. City of Greensburg v. Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Westmoreland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation. The City of Greensburg states the wall supporting Tunnel Avenue and the wrought iron fencing, owned and maintained by Norfolk Southern, is deteriorated and in need of replacement. They want to hold a hearing to determine responsibility for the reconstruction or replacement of the retaining wall.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Friday, September 21, 2001, at 10 a.m. in the 11th floor hearing room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
