Availability of Technical Guidance
[31 Pa.B. 4698] Technical guidance documents are on DEP's website (www.dep.state.pa.us) at the Public Participation Center page. The ''July 2001 Inventory'' heading is the Governor's list of nonregulatory guidance documents. The ''Final Documents'' heading is the link to a menu of the various DEP bureaus and from there to each bureau's final technical guidance documents. The ''Draft Technical Guidance'' heading is the link to DEP's draft technical guidance documents.
DEP will continue to revise its nonregulatory documents, as necessary, throughout 2001.
Ordering Paper Copies of DEP Technical Guidance
DEP encourages the use of the Internet to view guidance documents. When this option is not available, per-sons can order a bound paper copy of the latest inventory or an unbound paper copy of any of the final documents listed on the inventory by calling DEP at (717) 783-8727.
In addition, bound copies of some of DEP's documents are available as DEP publications. Check with the appro-priate bureau for more information about the availability of a particular document as a publication.

Final Technical Guidance
DEP ID: 381-5511-111 Title: Guidelines for the Uniform Environmental Review Process For Proposed Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Projects Description: The guidelines for the Uniform Environmental Review Process are intended to standardize the process for documenting the environmental effects of proposed drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The guidelines include those projects receiving or requesting financial assistance from various State and Federal agency funding sources. Final Technical Guidance--Substantive Revision
DEP ID: 274-3100-001 Title: Policy for Stage II Vapor Recovery Testing Requirements Description: This revised guidance document identifies testing requirements to verify the Stage II vapor recovery system is operating properly. All testing is outlined in EPA's Stage II Enforcement and Technical Guidance Document, which were adopted by the Pennsylvania Air Pollution Control Act. Draft Technical Guidance
DEP ID: 550-5600-001 Title: Waste Minimization in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry Description: This guidance provides information to oil and gas operators about developing an environmental management system to reduce the quantity of waste generated during their daily operations. It will also provide persons and companies operating in the oil and gas exploration and production industry with information about reducing the amount of waste they generate.
