   A-210103.  D's Water Company.  Application of D's Water Company for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to 18 single family residential dwellings and six apartment buildings in the Borough of Palmerton, Carbon County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 17, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  D's Water Company.
